Important Activity Info

Session Times - At weekends we run sessions at the following times for all “Instructor Led” Activities:

Saturdays (and Bank Holidays) – 9.30am to 11am, 11.30am to 1pm, 2pm to 3.30pm & (if necessary) 4pm to 5.30pm.

Sundays - 9.30am to 11am, 11.30am to 1pm,

Weekday Evening session times by arrangement

Prices for all activities are detailed on our current price list.

Instructors – Please note that all of our Rhydd provided activity instructors are volunteers. Groups are encouraged to use their own “in Group” instructors and the charges for activities reflect this. If providing your own instructors proof of their Activity Qualification must be shown to a Rhydd representative prior to your activity session commencing.  We always welcome new members to our team of Rhydd Activity Instructors.

Bookings – Must be made via the Bookings Manager at least two weeks before your visit/camp, bookings received after this time will not be accepted. Activity Bookings cancelled at short notice by Groups will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the session charge.

Weather - All activities are subject to weather conditions, if the instructor declares the weather to be unsuitable for your activity we will try to re-schedule as best we can.

Misbehaviour – during any activity will not be tolerated and the Instructor has the right to withhold instruction to the Group. It is the Groups responsibility to supervise & occupy young people who are not actively involved in the "booked" activity.
