Bookings and Prices

Booking a camp or an activity with us is easy; Just follow 3 simple steps!

Step One

Email, ring or fill in the form on the Contact Us page with the requested date and site of your camp along with any activities required.

Step Two

We will then provisionally book this for you if available and contact you in able to go onto the next step.

We aim to reply to all emails within seven days. Please give us a minimum of two weeks notice when booking your stay with us.

Step Three

Once your booking is provisionally booked, please send a booking form and a post dated deposit cheque to confirm your booking to the Bookings Manager.

Once your booking form and deposit cheque has been received, we will email you to confirm your booking.

Please note that the availability of accommodation, activities and equipment is subject to availability. This is on a first come first served basis.

We will do our very best to meet your needs, but please remember that all our staff and instructors are volunteers and we are dependent upon their good will in order to do so.
