| Note 1 * - If you are using your own instructor a copy of their certificate must be attached to the booking form or shown to the Site's Activity Manager or Duty Warden prior to the Activity taking place. |
Note 2 - Before a Rifle Shooting session commences a valid Parental Permission to Shoot form, for each participant, must be shown to the instructor - as required in PO&R

| Sizes of Activity Groups – The Group sizes for Activities are above & detailed on our website - Remember the larger the group size the less time each young person will have actually taking part in the activity. Also it is "your" responsibility to supervise & occupy young people who are not actively involved in the "booked" activity. |
